Abstract

E-Learning is learning with the help of electronic technologies to acquire learning contents either inside a academic classroom or outside environment. In most cases, the e-learning scenario refers to a course, program or degree delivered completely or partially online. There are many terms used accordingly to describe learning that can be delivered online, via the internet, ranging from Distance Education, to computerized electronic learning, online learning, internet learning and many others. In internet era e-learning can be defined as courses that are specifically delivered via the internet to somewhere other than the classroom where the professor is teaching. The e-learning is a connective maechanism in that one can also communicate with teachers, professors or other students in a class. Sometimes it is delivered live, where we can electronically raise our hand and interact in real time and sometimes it is a lecture that has been precompiled.
