The complex relationship between human rights, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and global sustainability is explored in this chapter, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of disability rights and inclusive business practices. Examining both Indian domestic legislation and international agreements, the study finds that there are obstacles to enforcing policies that demand equal treatment and the elimination of bias against people with disabilities. A cornerstone of CSR, inclusive business practices are also examined, with an emphasis on the need for major changes to company policy and culture. In order to achieve genuine inclusion and fair job chances, it delves into holes in political theory, examines theories of capacities and social mobilization, and argues for a strategic strategy that aligns CSR with inclusive practices. In order to better understand disability rights, this chapter delves further into the existing domestic and international legal frameworks and makes the case for a more all- encompassing legal framework that is in line with CSR policies. © 2025 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
