Abstract

Simulation study of 10 Gbit/s GPON architecture for Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) access networks. Dynamic bandwidth allocation analyzed with NRZ coding, DFB laser source, six-stage splitter, and fiber parameters (attenuation, dispersion, wavelength tunability, bandwidth-distance product).
