Abstract

Antitumour activity of ethanol extract of Indigofera trita L.f. (EIT) evaluated in Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma (EAC) model in mice. EIT (200, 400 mg/kg) increased survival, reduced body weight, normalized hematological parameters, and decreased solid tumor volume. Demonstrates dose-dependent antitumour activity. © 2007 Academic Journals Inc. © 2018 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
