Abstract

This study investigated humoral immune response in male and female Kadaknath chickens after SRBC injection. HA and IgG responses were measured, showing overall mean HA 7.69 ± 0.14 and IgG 1.87 ± 1.08. Data confirmed immunocompetence traits across sexes and selection lines. © 2017 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
