Abstract
A ChaCha-based RPBK21 strategy is proposed to enhance information security in digital environments. It involves eight steps including prime key computation, matrix operations, standard deviation calculation, and number exchanges. The method improves security compared to previous techniques like ChaCha and RBJ25. © 2022 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
