Abstract
New technology developments generate large quantities of data daily. Organizations face challenges managing big data, which can be structured, semi-structured, or unstructured. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated big data formation, emphasizing the need for advanced analytical methods. This paper presents big data quality dimensions, analytics during the COVID-19 pandemic, and addresses post-pandemic physical and mental health issues, highlighting the importance of proper data handling for future healthcare solutions. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
