Abstract

Biosurfactants are microbial surface-active compounds with hydrophilic and hydrophobic domains, offering eco-friendly, biodegradable alternatives for applications in food processing, bioremediation, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals due to their antimicrobial and emulsifying properties.
