Abstract

Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a hypersensitivity condition caused by Aspergillus fumigatus. This case series describes rare manifestations: whole lung collapse, type 2 respiratory failure, and malignancy-mimicking presentations. Early diagnosis and corticosteroid–antifungal therapy are essential for preventing permanent lung damage.
