Abstract

This study introduces novel plasma-ozone sanitization equipment to improve sterilization. The system comprises a multi-layered slab for plasma generation, an ignition coil, power amplifier, driver, microcontroller, and sensors monitoring operational parameters including object movement. The sanitization unit disperses plasma-ozone onto surfaces. This approach provides an effective advancement in plasma-ozone-based disinfection technology.
