Abstract

The utilization of carbon-based fuels has driven up considerably over the past ten years, boosting system costs and harming the environment. These problems compel researchers to concentrate on sustainable energy sources, such as fuel cells, solar panels, and air-powered turbines that produce electricity. PV is becoming a more prominent and well-liked renewable energy source because of its many advantages, which include being free to use, abundant in nature, and environmentally benign. However, the voltage produced by solar panels is quite low and environment-dependent. A Step up DC converter is essential for converting energy into useful sources. With the use of MATLAB simulation software, high gain step up converters are simulated in this study, and prototype results are verified.
